More Fun (also known as Stacey in the default world) began her DJ journey in Vancouver, BC sometime around 2010 which was the year she attended her first Burning Man. A year later, her professional career took her out of Canada and down to San Francisco, CA. She continued to go to the Burn and some years later joined the Janky Barge art car where she co-founded the all female DJ, all female staff event where the ladies take the barge out for a night on playa. She currently serves as the sound lead for the Janky Barge with 11 burns her belt and one attendance at 4th of Julplaya! From SF, she headed north to Portland, Oregon in 2018 to work for the world’s largest online music database and eventually became a resident of several different DJ crews there. In 2023 her daytime career took another move and she now lives in Denver, CO. Stacey loves electronic music – everything from daytime disco to 4am techno but her favorite genres are good old fashioned house and tech house. You will find her lurking around Denver’s music scene, speaking at women in technology conferences or at Burning Man getting into shenanigans!
